I’ve always been a fighter. Now I’m fighting for you.
My name is Brendan Krasinski. I’ve always been competitive — lacrosse, soccer, swimming, track, baseball, whatever the arena was. That instinct took me to West Point to play lacrosse, and West Point is where I first learned that fighting effectively requires preparation, discipline, and strategy.
After graduating, I was commissioned as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army. I served as a platoon leader twice, as a General’s Aide, and finished my career as an instructor at the Army’s Ranger School in Dahlonega, Georgia. Those years taught me what it means to perform under real pressure, when the stakes are real.
Those same experiences eventually led me to the courtroom.
The long way to the right side.
After law school at the University of Georgia, I spent more than eighteen years as a defense attorney at large firms — learning exactly how big companies build their cases, where they look for weaknesses, and how they try to minimize what they ultimately pay injured people.
I was good at it.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I was on the wrong side of the fight.
In 2024 I joined The Champion Firm, Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C. and made the switch to representing injured individuals against big companies. I brought everything I learned as a defense lawyer — every strategy, every insight, every advantage — and now use it to help people like you.
Since 2024 I’ve helped recover more than thirteen and a half million dollars for injured Georgians. Multiple six- and seven-figure results. Cases that mattered to real people whose lives were turned upside down.
