For attorneys

Send it to me. You won’t have to think about it again.

If you’re holding a Georgia personal injury case you can’t handle — or don’t have the bandwidth to handle the way it deserves — let’s have one conversation about it.

You already know what a case like this costs you.

It isn’t the work. It’s the attention. The file that sits at the edge of your week, the client who calls your office about something outside your practice, the quiet worry that it’s worth more than you’re positioned to get for them.

Meanwhile the defense side is fully staffed and doing this every day. I know, because I spent eighteen years there before I switched sides — at some of the largest firms in the country, defending insurers and corporate defendants in exactly these cases.

Your client deserves someone whose entire practice is this. And you deserve to stop carrying something you shouldn’t be carrying.

How a referral works.

01

Send me the case

One call or one email. I’ll tell you the same day whether it’s something I want and what I think of it — including when the answer is that you should keep it.

02

I handle everything

Intake, treatment coordination, investigation, experts, litigation, trial. Your client is taken care of. You stay on your own docket, not this case’s.

03

We split the fee

Papered up front under Georgia Rule 1.5(e), disclosed to the client, no surprises. When it resolves, your share goes out.

Cases I handle.

And if it isn’t on this list, call anyway. If I can’t handle it, I can help you find someone who can.

  • Serious motor vehicle

Commercial vehicle, trucking, catastrophic injury, contested liability, layered coverage.

  • Medical malpractice

Where the expert affidavit, the records, and the causation chain are the whole case.

  • Premises & negligent security

Constructive knowledge fights, prior-incident evidence, corporate rep discovery.

  • Wrongful death

Full-value-of-the-life proof, estate claims, and families who need to be handled carefully.

“Send it to Brendan. He’ll handle it. You’ll get paid. You won’t have to think about it again.”

That’s the whole pitch. If it sounds right, the next step is a fifteen-minute call.

Fee division is by written agreement, disclosed to and consented to by the client, in proportion to services performed or by joint responsibility, consistent with Georgia Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5(e). Total fee remains reasonable.

One conversation is all it takes.

Tell me what you’ve got. I’ll give you a straight read on it — including when the straight read is that you should keep it. If I can’t handle it, I can help you find someone who can.
